Sixty Percent Of The Letters In Obama's Name Are Also In Abortion. Coincidence? We Think Not

You know, it occurs to us that during the campaign we never did figure out what religion President Obama was. In our defense we have to say it was pretty difficult what with him being a socialist, fascist, Muslim, communist terror lover and all. Oh, and the Antichrist.

Sort of muddies up the waters if you take our point. We do know one thing about Mr. Obama's religious preference though, he ain't no catholic. We know that because he went to Notre Dame, which is like the Las Vegas of popiness in this country, and said this:
Amid a scattering of angry protests over his support for abortion rights, President Obama addressed the issue head-on Sunday at the University of Notre Dame, calling for "open hearts, open minds, fair-minded words" in the pursuit of "common ground."
Ha ha ha ha ha ha!! That's pretty funny Mr. President. Look, this is the catholic church here, the same church that says if you ain't a C-dog, you're church is whack and you're whack. The Benedicto says that pagan babies can't go to purgatory anymore to wait for an opening in heaven, except maybe they can if someone is willing to pay their rent and Muslims are the original G's.

"Open hearts, open minds, fair-minded words?" P shaw Mr. President. Who you think you're talking to, Quakers?
The invitation from one of America's best-known Catholic universities ignited a firestorm of discussion over whether an institution that adheres to the Roman Catholic Church's condemnation of abortion should confer an honorary law degree on a president who is committed to safeguarding abortion rights.
Right, because lord knows that last thing you want to do when abortion is legal is give someone a law degree because then he'll be all like, "let's uphold the law, dudes."
"Is it possible for us to join hands in common effort?" he said.
Umm...no.
"As citizens of a vibrant and varied democracy, how do we engage in vigorous debate? How does each of us remain firm in our principles, and fight for what we consider right, without demonizing those with just as strongly held convictions on the other side?"
Er...we don't.
The failure of both sides to use "fair-minded words," he said, overly inflames an important debate. As an example, he described his own 2004 campaign Web site, which at one point referred to "right-wing ideologues who want to take away a woman's right to choose. It was not until a doctor e-mailed him about the phrase that Obama ordered it taken down, he said."
Why, how incredibly open minded of you sir. How is that working out?
One protester yelled "Abortion is murder!" "Baby killer!" and "You have blood on your hands." Another shouted, "Stop killing our children."
Yes, well still a work in progress apparently.
"Remember, too, that the ultimate irony of faith is that it necessarily admits doubt," Obama said. "This doubt should not push us away from our faith. But it should humble us. It should temper our passions and cause us to be wary of too much self-righteousness."
OK, we're going to have to get back to you on that.

I just wrote something about something in a parallel vein. Religion is the main obstruction to the Freedom of Women World Wide. In the U.S. that religion is primarily Christianity.

In a nation of laws, I sure do find the Bible sneaking inbetween my legs where those laws lay--time after time.

The deal is Mr Obama, is that I am either Free and Sovereign with Reproductive Self Determination, OR

My Uterus legally binds me as a lesser being subject to laws that control my body over my objections, over my reasoning, over my situation in life--whatever that might be.

I have to deal with Pharmacists, Doctors and Nurses who can choose to NOT tell me where to get Birth Control, what all my options are in Birth Control and Abortion--even after being Raped whether that violation takes place at the hands of a family member or a stranger or a date or a husband. It matters not. Because I am a woman--you have the right to withold information, to abstain from giving me all my options or access to those options. And Forever the reasoning is religious.

Not scientific.

And very little is done to mitigate this imbalance in justice. The minute I push that baby out, I am on my own. I go from being Knocked up Slatern, to Welfare Queen looking for Special Rights and extra benefits, a leech on the state with my spawn that I am not allowed to abort, or to prevent because Every Sperm is Sacred and looks like Jesus under a microscope dont ya know.

When I am pregnant, I am told Where to have the baby and who can be present in many states--regardless of my wishes or beliefs. After that baby is pushed out, I am told by those on the left and the right that Breast is Best, but only if they don't see me do it. And if I have a bottle there is no where to clean it, unless that is in a dirty public restroom in the awesomeness of this Family Friendly Country.

if I stay at home I am condemned by Feminists for pushing them back in the kitchen, and If I put my child in daycare and work, then I am contributing to the decline of the American family.

Quite frankly No one is on MY side, the Woman's side--not even other women. All I see are groups of varying degrees of fervor, all too ready to benefit by any means necessary from my reproductive capabilities, my sexual identity, desires, practices and all the invariable bumps in the road from STDs to Unplanned pregnancy, to rape, to social isolation and no pay for my work, that this country benefits from in the end.

So Basically what I am saying is that Obama and the Catholic Church can fuck right off.

GO fuck themselves raw with a remote Control because I have had enough of the bullshit. I have reached my limit.

If one more moron tries to make a one size fits all proclaimation about Female Reproduction, I may in fact plant my foot so deeply in their asshole, that you may need a surgeon to remove it.

Civilized Discourse? Between Who? Men and Nuns?

That is rich

Seeing Eye Chick...this was probably your best!
It is astonishing to me that after 30 odd years of "recognition"(Roe vs Wade) the Bush administration did their best to trash all that. (He and Rumsfeld, of course...so utterly traitorous to not only females ,nationally, but the entire military gig....(photos and biblical passages, to boot, spurring on the "righteous Nation" to lead , world-wide.
The hypocrisy, anti-religious tones and rigid gestapo propaganda, is equivalent to the destruction of spirit and mind in absolute wartimes and of course, the ultimate victims are the mothers, daughters and aunts, who do their supreme best to forfeit their bodies, teach, show example and financially raise.
Of course, we now know that 50% of Latinas at age 20, are pregnant and unmarried. How brilliant is that? How educational and helpful is it for the entire western countries to have Plan B but the fight still goes on in "stupid America"? You want to know why Americans are looking dumber and poorer than everybody? It's because we are. We don't read enough. (Plan B is NOT an abortion!) We don't travel enough to foreign countries.(most of the senate does NOT have passports!) We have school systems shot to all hell, and we certainly don't even care! We are becoming insignificant because we no longer challenge our minds, our bodies, and our souls. We wait to be told something, from anyone, particularly if they drive a limo, have a ranch, or have a papal hat whilst we all forget the demons in politics, in the Vatican, and in the extreme right -minded southern states.( who still believe in the seven-day baked earth.)
Where is the America that embraced the arts; the climbing, hungry brains reaching for the top? Where is the Nation that welcomed so many cultures and customs without throwing them against a wall or treating them like the plague?
There is a reason why China and India are evolving into countries of inventions. Overcrowding, starvation, pollution, lack of water and space, and the list goes on and on. Overpopulation is destroying our only planet and there is nothing else as backup. Maybe Bush and Exxon should have thought about that.
If we all do not wake up to the call of utter reality, there won't even be a rat to kill or a pair of shoes to stew. We will be like so many others. Desperate. Despised. And oh, so "unglorious". I can assure you, there'll be no-one waiting at those pearly gates.

Hence the name of my blog: Apocalyptics Anonymous II.

Yep, you are right.

I have a passport, I served this country, here and overseas. And it never ceases to amaze me to show up at political functions at my state capital and think to myself:

"Is this a frat party for men with midlife crisis or what?"

I have ranted against the National Pastime of Anti-Intellectualism til I felt like an exhausted bird fluttering against a moth eaten cage.

Its tiring. Stupid people are like zombies. They eat on your brain til you finally become one of them.

I woke up one day, in my beloved country and discovered that the highest form of Masculine Expression is Rubber Bull Balls hanging from the back of a Big Ass truck, and the highest form of Female expression is a boob job and ass implants.

So I stuck my nose in a book and hoped no one would know there was an "Alien" in their midst. An alien that has concluded that there is little chance of intelligent life forms.

Blogging it seems, is often my outlet to the outside world of other reasonably intelligent people.

People who act thusly{the way you describe} have given up hope, and are simply waiting for death. Some are hoping for it, a blaze of glory as in Armageddon. Some like our previous president tried like hell to bring it about.

Imagine making such a profound ass of yourself, and finding out that you are wrong AND you are still breathing.
